I’d Stop the World and Melt With You

Last night I just laid around in my bed, looking at the
ceiling, and smiled because it was a nice kind of quiet. I want my
ceiling to be made out of glass. But until then, I’ll stick with my imaginary glow in the dark plastic stars. If people sat outside and looked
at the stars each night,
I’ll bet they’d live a lot differently.

Sadly, I see more stars back in hometown. I don’t experience many starry nights here. It does bother me. I really miss my old room. Not that my old ceiling was made out of glass, but it has a nice balcony (my room is in the second floor) where I usually sit at night and write my journals.

I like it quiet. Stars and silence, what a great combination it is. I know now why I’m always too caught up with my thoughts when I’m surrounded by people.
